Day 12:
Your wagon trains have finally reached the end of the Oregon Trail in Oregon City! The trail was long, but everyone was successful!
Today we are making our way to the End of the Oregon Trail Interpretive Center in Oregon City. On this field trip you will see real artifact from people who actually traveled the trail in the 1800's. We will learn about the importance of the trail and how the westward movement from Missouri to Oregon is significant to our lives today.
Each of you will be able to take one of the classroom digital cameras on the field trip. Make a blog post titled Field Trip Pictures. Take five pictures at the interpretive center of things that you think are important to remember about this field trip and about the pioneers journey to Oregon. Write one sentence for each picture.
